Justyna Aftyka
A legal advisor. A patent apprentice at Polish Association of Patent Attorneys.
She completed a course in British and European Law Centre, which was organised by Warsaw University in cooperation with Cambridge University. A member of the „Association for the Protection of Industrial Property”.
Her professional experience she has been acquiring since 2003 in several Warsaw law offices. In 2010 she joined the team of Law and Patent Office Jarzynka & Partners.
She specialises in trademarks, industrial designs, fighting unfair competition and copyrights. She represents the clients before Polish patent Office, common and administrative courts. She also advises her clients in the field of corporate law, civil law and business trasactions.
Robert Jarzynka
A patent attorney, European patent attorney and professional representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). A managing partner of the Law and Patent Office.
A graduate of Law and Administration Department of the University of Warsaw. A graduate of patent attorney apprenticeship held by Polish Association of Patent Attorneys and a graduate of Postgraduate Studies of Industrial Property Law organized by the Institute of the Intellectual Property Law of the Jagielloński University.
In 2009 a vice-president of the Polish Association of Patent Attorneys. In the years 2006-2009 a member of the Presidium of the National Council of Patent Attorneys, in the years 2005-2009 Dean of the Podlaski District. His professional experience he has been acquiring since 2002 in one of the leading Warsaw law offices. Since 2005 a founder and a partner of the law and patent office Jarzynka & Partners. A cofounder and a vice-president of the „Association for the Protection of Industrial Property”.
He specialises in trademarks, inventions and utility models, industrial designs, application proceedings, infringements and litigable proceedings, conducting trials, fighting unfair competition and protecting copyrights. He represents his clients before i.a. Polish Patent Office, European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), common and administrative courts and customs authorities.
