Robert Jarzynka
A patent attorney, European patent attorney and professional representative before the Office for Harmonization of the Internal Market (OHIM).
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed the patent attorney’s apprenticeship at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and Postgraduate Studies on Industrial Property Law at the Intellectual Property Law Institute of the Jagiellonian University.In 2009 he was the vice-president of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. Between 2006 and 2009 he was a member of the Presidium of Patent Attorneys National Council, between 2005 and 2009 he was the President of District Podlasie. He had gained professional experience at one of the leading patent offices in Warsaw. He is a founder and managing partner of the Law and Patent Office Jarzynka & Partners as well as a co-founder and vice-chairman of “The Association in aid of Protecting Industrial Property”.
He specializes in trademarks, inventions and utility models, industrial designs, application proceedings as well as those concerning infringements and disputes, conducting court trials, fighting unfair competition and protecting copyrights. He represents clients before, inter alia, the Polish Patent Office, the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), general jurisdiction and administrative courts, law enforcement bodies and customs authorities.
