Michał Jędrzejewski
A patent attorney, European patent attorney and professional representative before the Office for Harmonization of the Internal Market (OHIM).
He graduated from the Catholic University of Lublin. He completed the patent attorney’s apprenticeship at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and Postgraduate Studies on Industrial Property Law at the Intellectual Property Law Institute of the Jagiellonian University.Since 2000 he had gained professional experience at one of Warsaw’s leading patent offices. Since 2007 he is a patent attorney at the Law and Patent Office Jarzynka & Partners.
He specializes in cases concerning inventions, utility models and industrial designs. Moreover, he conducts trial cases connected with protecting industrial property law and fighting unfair competition. He also represents Principals in dispute proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and in proceedings before administrative courts.
At present, he is a member of Appeal Committee at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
