She is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. Shealso completed a course in British and European Law Centre, which was organised by Warsaw University in cooperation with Cambridge University.

Justyna Aftyka specialises in corporate structuring and commercial transactions. She has broad experience in civil and commercial law, setting up, dissolution and winding up legal entities, real estate acquisitions, conducting judicial and administrative proceedings. She has assisted in mergers and conversions of legal entities, as well as share purchase transactions and business acquisitions. She also provides assistance to the clients in day-to-day issues arising from operation of a business.
